Frankfurt am Main, October 6, 2025 \u2013 GMVV & Co. GmbH is delighted to welcome the internationally renowned King\u2019s Counsel Ben Emmerson CBE KC as a new partner to its team. Since 2015, Dr. Michele Sciurba of GMVV & Co. GmbH has repeatedly collaborated successfully with Ben Emmerson on various projects. This proven cooperation will now be further deepened and elevated to a new level.<\/p>\n

Ben Emmerson is recognized worldwide as a leading expert in human rights, international criminal law, and sanctions proceedings. As former UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and Counter-Terrorism and Judge of the Appeals Chamber of the UN Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, he has played a key role in numerous landmark cases.<\/p>\n
